“Calamity will surely destroy the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be punished.” — Psalms 34:21, NLT
Yahya (John) Sinwar is a controversial figure due to his association with Hamas, which is designated as an extreme radical Islamic terrorist organization by some countries and entities. Hamas has been involved in armed conflict with Israel and carried out attacks targeting Israeli civilians. However, opinions on whether individuals like Yahya Sinwar are terrorists can vary depending on different perspectives and political stances. But who is Sinwar in his real life?
Yahya Sinwar is a Palestinian politician who has been the chief leader of Hamas, the Sunni Islamist political and military organization that rules the Gaza Strip, since 2017. He was born in 1962 in Khan Yunis and graduated from the Islamic University of Gaza.
Yahya Sinwar – the “Face of Evil”
Sinwar has been described as the personified embodiment of the evil Antichrist, by some sources due to his involvement in violent activities. Col. Richard Hecht called Sinwar “the face of evil.” Israeli military officials have compared him to the late Osama bin Laden. Sinwar has been associated with spreading evil and has faced heavy criticism for his actions against Israel and humanity. He is also described as a psychopath, and sadistic man by some sources.
‘Evil will slay the wicked’
The world is watching over Israel and Palestine. The battle between the forces of good and evil is ongoing. We will not allow the cruel thing to exist. Being a Christian, we must defend our rights, yes, the basic human rights! Let us pray to God that evil men will be destroyed and good people will remain standing. We must remember that the God of righteousness is “a God of justice“. (Psalms 50:6, NIV) He will never let evildoers live for a long time terrorizing and reducing the rights of innocent and good people. Just as the biblical Haman, Sinwar will “reap what he sows.” — Galatians 6:7, NIV
