ANG ‘PILATE INSCRIPTION’
Noong 1961, natagpuan ng mga arkaeologo ang isang bloke ng limestone sa isang ruins site sa Rome, Italy. Natuklasan din nila ang nakasulat sa naturang bloke ng limestone, na may mga pananalitang: “Pontio Pilato, Prefek ng Judea.” Bago pa man matuklasan ang bagay na ito, dati nang tinatanong ng mga scholars kung may historicity o basehan nga ba sa kasaysayan ang isang taong nag-utos sa pagpatay kay Jesus noong unang siglo.
